Return / Refund Policy :
A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. You must return the Product's in its well & proper, original Packaging with Company Seal for a refund (Charges will be deducted if applicable). We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery of the order. In case of GPU/ graphics cards, No Cancellation/Exchange or return allowed. If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 3% of the order value other than GPU/ graphics cards within 24-72 business hours after receiving the product. No Cancellation/Exchange or return allowed. No Cancellation/Exchange On Pre-Order products, gaming chairs and orders made during special offer/occasion or emergency like COVID-19 crisis.
