Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you order from us. Since we're dealing with PC hardware, though, our returns process looks a little different from a clothing or lifestyle store, most issues get handled as a Dead on Arrival (DOA) claim or a warranty replacement rather than a straight refund. Here's how it works.
Cancellations before shipping
If you cancel an order before it ships, we'll refund you, minus a 2% convenience fee to cover payment gateway and processing charges.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the advance payment made at checkout is non-refundable if you cancel the order yourself. This advance is what lets us actually get the parts packed and ready to go out, so once you've paid it and then cancel, we can't return it.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. From that point, any issue is handled as a return, DOA claim, or warranty case, not a cancellation.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) products
If something arrives not working, here's what to do. Check the box the moment it arrives, before signing for delivery if you can. All parts, cables, and accessories need to be present and accounted for. If something's missing from the box, we can't process it as DOA, it'll instead be treated as a standard RMA (repair/replacement through the brand) rather than an immediate swap.
Report a DOA issue within [X days] of delivery. Don't install or use the product if you suspect it's faulty, our RMA process (and the brand's warranty) requires all products to be installed and diagnosed by a technically qualified PC hardware engineer. If a product shows signs of physical damage, mishandling, or a tampered warranty seal, the warranty is void, and we won't be able to accept it as DOA or process a replacement.
Warranty and RMA
All products we sell come with carry-in warranty, meaning you'll need to bring or ship the product to us (or an authorized service center) rather than expect an on-site technician visit, unless the brand specifically offers on-site coverage in your location.
If a product needs to go back to us or the brand for a warranty claim outside of our own return window, shipping costs both ways are the customer's responsibility.
Since the warranty itself comes from the manufacturer, not from us, timelines and terms for repair or replacement follow the brand's policy (Intel, AMD, ASUS, MSI, and our other partners). We'll help coordinate the claim on your behalf, but we don't set those terms ourselves.
Gaming chairs
Gaming chairs are handled differently from other products. If a chair arrives defective or gets damaged, we'll replace the affected part, not the whole chair, and not with a refund. There are no refunds on gaming chair orders.
Expedited delivery
If you paid for our 4-hour delivery service and the order doesn't arrive within that window, we'll refund the service fee for the expedited delivery. This doesn't apply to the cost of the product itself, only the delivery charge.
What doesn't qualify for return
We can't accept a return or process a refund if the product shows physical damage, has been mishandled, or has a broken or tampered warranty seal, if any accessories, cables, or parts are missing from the original box, or if the product was installed or set up by someone other than a qualified PC hardware technician and something went wrong in that process.
GST invoices and refunds
Every order comes with a proper GST invoice. If you need your company's GSTIN on the invoice, mention it in the order comments and send us the first three pages of your company's GST certificate. If a refund is processed on an order with a GST invoice, the credit note will reflect the same GST treatment as the original invoice.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back through the same payment method you used to pay, minus any applicable convenience fee. Refunds are usually processed within [X business days] of approval, though your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to reflect it.

If something's gone wrong with your order, don't wait, reach out as soon as you notice the issue. The sooner we know, the faster we can sort it out.

Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from an order or this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
