We ship PC components, custom builds, and accessories across India from our Chennai showroom. Here's what to expect once you place an order.
Where we ship
We deliver nationwide across India. If you're in Chennai, you also have the option of in-store pickup or visiting our showroom directly at Rajendra Complex, Mount Road.
Delivery timelines
Standard delivery usually takes 7-10 days, depending on your location and courier availability. Remote areas or smaller towns may take a bit longer than metro cities.
For Chennai customers, we also offer a 4-hour delivery service on eligible orders and locations. If we don't get your order to you within that 4-hour window, we'll refund the service fee you paid for expedited delivery, though this only covers the delivery charge, not the product itself.
Custom PC builds take longer than standard component orders, since we're assembling, testing, and quality-checking the system before it ships. Our team will give you a realistic timeline for your specific build when you place the order.
Shipping charges
We currently offer free shipping on eligible orders within India. Any exceptions, like oversized items (cabinets, monitors) or remote-area surcharges, will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Packaging
PC components are sensitive to shock and static, so we pack everything with anti-static protection and enough padding to survive transit. If a box arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier at the time of delivery if you can, and check the contents before signing off, this matters for any Dead on Arrival claim later (see our Returns & Refunds policy for details).
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details so you can follow it to your door. If tracking hasn't updated in a while or something looks off, reach out to us directly rather than waiting it out.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders. An advance payment is required at checkout to confirm a COD order, and this advance is non-refundable if you cancel the order yourself. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Delayed or lost shipments
Delays can happen, especially during sale periods or with courier disruptions outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll track it down with the courier. In the rare case a shipment is lost in transit, we'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund once it's confirmed lost.
Multiple items and split shipments
If your order includes items from different warehouses or with different lead times (for example, an in-stock accessory alongside a custom-built PC), we may ship them separately. You won't be charged extra for a split shipment.
Address changes
If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, let us know as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can't guarantee a redirect, since that depends on the courier.
