These terms govern your use of vajawatcomputers.com and any purchase you make from Vajawat Computers. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you're agreeing to what's laid out below. Please read through it, especially the sections on orders, pricing, and warranty, since PC hardware has a few quirks that don't apply to most online shopping.

Who we are

Vajawat Computers is a PC hardware and custom-build retailer based in Chennai, operating both a physical showroom and this website. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Vajawat Computers. References to "you" mean anyone browsing the site or placing an order.

Using the site

You need to be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order with us. When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for anything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to your account, let us know right away.

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how the site runs, or to scrape, copy, or resell our product listings, pricing, or content without permission.

Products, pricing, and availability

We do our best to keep product listings, prices, and stock levels accurate, but errors happen, a price might be mistyped, or a product might sell out between when you add it to cart and when you check out. If something's wrong with a listing or price, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full, rather than honor an incorrect price.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock issues, even after the order is confirmed.

All products we sell are genuine, authentic parts from authorized distribution, not grey-market or parallel-import stock. That's a big part of what makes our warranty support possible.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale until we confirm it. We accept various payment methods including online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

For COD orders, an advance payment is required at the time of ordering. This advance is non-refundable if you cancel the order yourself.

For orders cancelled before shipping (outside of COD advances), we'll refund the payment minus a 2% convenience fee. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, from that point any issue is handled through our Returns & Refunds policy instead.

GST invoicing

Every order comes with a proper GST invoice, we don't sell products without one. If you're ordering as a business and need your company's GSTIN listed on the invoice, mention it in the order comments and provide the first three pages of your company's GST certificate.

Delivery

We ship nationwide across India. If you've opted for our 4-hour delivery service and the order isn't delivered within that window, the service fee for expedited delivery will be refunded, though this doesn't apply to the product cost itself.

Installation and warranty

All hardware we sell should be installed by a technically qualified PC hardware engineer. Improper installation, physical damage, mishandling, or a tampered warranty seal will void the manufacturer's warranty, and we won't be able to process a claim in these cases.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, not one issued by us directly. Warranty terms, timelines, and what's covered are set by the brand (Intel, AMD, ASUS, MSI, and our other partners), not by Vajawat Computers. We help coordinate claims on your behalf, but we're not the ones deciding what does or doesn't qualify.

All warranty service is carry-in unless the brand specifically offers on-site support in your area. For claims outside our own return window, shipping both ways is the customer's responsibility.

Gaming chairs are handled differently: if a chair arrives defective or is damaged, we'll replace the affected part only, there are no refunds on gaming chair orders.

Custom builds

For custom PC builds, the specifications, compatibility, and performance expectations are based on what you and our team discuss and agree on at the time of order. We're happy to advise, but the final call on components is yours, and once a custom build has been assembled to the agreed spec, it's treated as a completed order, not something we can rework due to a change of mind about the parts chosen.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including product descriptions, images, logos, and design, belongs to Vajawat Computers or our licensors. You're welcome to browse and share links to our pages, but you can't copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without asking first.

Limitation of liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, stock issues, or product defects, our responsibility in those cases is limited to the remedies described in our Returns & Refunds policy and the manufacturer's warranty terms. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that can't be excluded by agreement.

Third-party links

The site may link to brand websites, social media, or other third-party pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or in the law. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from an order or these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
